We can help you locate the right site for a profitable solar PV installation, based on our partner network and existing portfolio of rooftops and other locations. This can include gathering additional expert opinion, commissioning independent reports and carrying out earnings and ROI forecasts.
2. Financial Consulting
We can advise you on funding and finance options, working with our partners and particularly through our working relationships with banks. We want to help you achieve the levels of funding you need.
3. Project Planning & Specification
We have many years’ experience in planning, developing and installing extensive commercial solar PV solutions for different organisations and requirements in a wide range of locations. We focus on delivering the highest quality technology, high levels of efficiency, adhering to environmental principles, and delivering profitable returns based on a site’s real commercial potential.
4. Legal Issues
We can help investors with expert advice and support, including bank funding requirements and timely fund disbursement, leases, purchase and maintenance agreements drawn up between banks and investors, and for the legal and technical acceptance of commercial solar PV installations.
5. Structural & Planning Aspects
We can explore and report on relevant planning issues; experienced structural engineers carry out necessary tests on roofs and rooftops, with in-depth expert opinions provide before construction commences.
6. Engineer, Install & Implement
We are project management and delivery experts. Where necessary, in-house teams work alongside experienced local partner companies and contractors to complete system install and delivery. We take control and supervise all site work, including groundwork, security, goods in, and installing commercial solar PV equipment and components.
7. Acceptance & Transfer
Once a commercial solar PV system is installed, we carry out testing and commissioning. The solar power plant can then be formally connected to the power grid and then handed over to the investor or their agent.
8. Operations, Support & Aftercare
If required, we can continue to manage and support the commercial solar PV installation after handover, which can include remote monitoring, proactive checks and maintenance, equipment upgrades, and any emergency repairs required – however unlikely that may be.
